Custom Development
How a KONCEN project runs: the brief, the material plan, the sample, the revision, the production check and the packaging — set out so you know what happens at each stage.
- One specification sheet becomes the base for pricing and production
- Materials and construction are confirmed before sampling, not after
- Samples are made to the confirmed spec so there is nothing to guess about later
1. Requirement brief
Usage scenario, target market, size range, price level and packaging targets are written down first.
2. Material & structure plan
Fabric, filling, quilting, piping and zipper options are shortlisted to match the brief.
3. Specification & quotation
One confirmed specification sheet becomes the base for pricing.
4. Sampling
A sample is built to the confirmed spec so the whole look, feel and size can be checked.
5. Production check
Bulk production is checked against the approved sample and the confirmed specification.
6. Packaging & shipping
Polybag, insert card, retail packaging, carton marking and shipment are coordinated as agreed.
